alice + olivia by Stacey Bendet has officially open the doors of its first-ever pop up shop in SoHo. The shop will be open through the Summer, and features the brand's EXCEPTIONAL new handbag collection (also for perusal here, if you're so inclined) along with an assortment of Spring and Summer styles, with a particular focus on bold color.

If you're in the market for a little fashion fun, pop by the Pop Up at 72 Greene Street, any Monday-Saturday 10am – 7pm or Sunday 12pm – 6pm.

Designer Ricardo Tisci's bold and feral motifs at Givenchy have beckoned me for some time, but none as desperately as the Rottweiler print from the F/W '12 collection. While I'm not, say, Kanye West (NOT YET ANYWAY), I found myself wanting essentially anything adorned with the snarling pup - iPad case, sweatshirt, or bag. After haunting Bergdorf Goodman in the hopes of a return (no such luck), and then spending an afternoon calling Neiman Marcus stores nationwide, I finally scored one on pre-order for a December delivery at Luisa Via Roma online.

Comprised of PVC with leather trim, and complete with a matching pouch tucked inside, the Large Antigona Tote now goes where I go, and rest assured, carrying this bag inspires much the same reaction that walking an ACTUAL Rottweiler does. Interpret that as you see fit.

There are a few iconic items that I forever have on my fashion bucket list - you know the type. Perennial styles in a collection that rarely to never go on sale. Say, for example, the fun lip clutches in Lulu Guinness' quirky accessories collection.

Rebecca Minkoff has long been a designer that I admire - not only for her amazing personal style, or the totes gorge bags, accessories, shoes and apparel that she designs, but also because, at her core, she's an entrepreneur.  That was validated for me tonight at a very special event at the Mondrian SoHo to celebrate her new collaboration with mark.
